الْحَقِّ
A word in the Arabic language will either be 1) a verb or 2) a noun or 3) a particle – الْحَقِّ is a noun A noun may either be 1) Definite or indefinite 2) Masculine or feminine 3) Singular, dual or plural 4) Nominative, accusative or genitive الْحَقُّ is the natural state of this definite noun and it became الْحَقِّ due to: 1) a preposition that precedes it or 2) a possessed noun that precedes it or 3) it’s a noun of dependent declension a) نَعْتٌ / صِفَطٌ adjectives b) التَّوْكِيْدُ emphatic c) المَعْطُوْفٌ conjunction d) البَدَلُ synonym The Truth, one of the excellent names of Allah (SWT), due share, justice, right claim, what ought to be, duty, incumbent To be right, just or fitting, worthy of, justly due to, proper, genuine, real, a fact, true, necessitated, suitable, necessary, incumbent upon, suited to the requirement of justice, become certain, authentic, deserve |

| Verse | ||
| And when you said “O Moses we cannot endure one kind of food | وَإِذْ قُلْتُمْ يَا مُوْسَى لَنْ نَّصْبِرَ عَلَى طَعَامٍ وَاحِدٍ | |
| so, invoke your Lord for us to bring forth for us of what the earth grows | فَادْعُ لَنَا رَبَّكَ يُخْرِجْ لَنَا مِمَّا تُنْبِتُ الأَرْضُ | |
| of its herbs, its cucumbers, its wheat/garlic, its lentils and its onions” | مِنْ بَقْلِهَا وَ قِثَّآئِهَا وَقَوْمِهَا وَعَدَسِهَا وَبَصَلِهَا | |
| He said “Would you exchange for that which is lesser with that which is better? | قَالَ أَتَسْتَبْدِلُوْنَ الَّذِي هُوَ أَدْنَى بِالَّذِي هُوَ خَيْرٌ | |
| Go you down to a town and you shall find what you are asking for” | اهْبِطُوْا مِصْرًا فَإِنَّ لَكُمْ مَّا سَأَلْتُمْ | |
| And they were covered with humiliation and misery as they drew on themselves the Wrath of Allah (SWT) | وَضُرِبَتْ عَلَيْهِمُ الذِّلَّةُ وَالمَسْكَنَةُ وَبَآءُوْا بِغَضَبٍ مِّنَ اللهِ | |
| that due to their disbelieving in the signs of Allah (SWT) | ذَلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمْ كَانُوْا يَكْفُرُوْنَ بِئَايَاتِ اللهِ | |
| and killing the Prophets without right | وَيَقْتُلُوْنَ النَّبِيِّيْنَ بِغَيْرِ الْحَقِّ | |
| 2-61 | that was because they disobeyed and were transgressing | ذَلِكَ بِمَا عَصَوْا وَّكَانُوْا يَعْتَدُوْنَ |
| He said Truly He says “It is certainly a cow neither trained to till the soil, | قَالَ إِنَّهُ يَقُوْلُ إِنَّهَا بَقَرَةٌ لَّا ذَلُوْلٌ تُثِيْرُ الأَرْضَ | |
| nor water the fields, sound, having no other color” | وَلَا تَسْقِي الحَرْثَ مُسَلَّمَةٌ لَّا شِيَةَ فِيْهَا | |
| They said “Now you have brought the truth” | قَالُوْا الئَانَ جِئْتَ بِالحَقِّ | |
| 2-71 | so, they sacrificed it though they almost did not do it | فَذَبَحُوْهَا وَمَا كَادُوْا يَفْعَلُوْنَ |
| Verily We have sent you with the truth a bringer of glad tidings and a warner | إِنَّآ أَرْسَلْنَاكَ بِالحَقِّ بَشِيْرًا وَنَذِيْرًا | |
| 2-119 | and you will not be asked about the companions of the blazing fire | وَلَا تُسْئَلُ عَنْ أَصْحَابِ الجَحِيْمِ |
| That is because Allah (SWT) sent down the Book in truth | ذَلِكَ بِأَنَّ اللهَ نَزَّلَ الكِتَابَ بِالحَقِّ | |
| 2-176 | and surely who differed regarding the Book are in extreme dissension | وَإِنَّ الَّذِيْنَ اخْتَلَفُوْا فِى الكِتَابِ لَفِي شِقَاقٍ بَعِيْدٍ |
| Mankind was one community and Allah (SWT) raised up prophets | كَانَ النَّاسُ أُمَّةً وَحِدَةً فَبَعَثَ اللهُ النَّبِيِّينَ | |
| bearing glad tidings and as warner’s and He sent down with them the Book in truth | مُبَشِّرِيْنَ وَمُنْذِرِيْنَ وَأَنْزَلَ مَعَهُمُ الكِتَابَ بِالحَقِّ | |
| to judge between people in matters wherein they differed | لِيَحْكُمَ بَيْنَ النَّاسِ فِيمَا اخْتَلَفُوا فِيهِ | |
| and no one differed in it except those who were given it after clear signs came to them | وَمَا اخْتَلَفَ فِيهِ إِلَّا الَّذِيْنَ أُوتُوهُ مِن بَعْدِ مَا جَآءَتْهُمُ البَيِّنَاتُ | |
| out of jealousy among themselves and Allah (SWT) guided those who believed | بَغْيًا بَيْنَهُمْ فَهَدَى اللهُ الَّذِيْنَ ءَامَنُوا | |
| from what they differed in it to the truth by His Permission | لِمَا اخْتَلَفُوا فِيهِ مِنَ الحَقِّ بِإِذْنِهِ | |
| 2-213 | and Allah (SWT) guides whom He wishes to the straight path | وَاللهُ يَهْدِى مَنْ يشَآءُ إِلَى صِرَاطٍ مُّسْتَقِيْمٍ |
| 2-252 | these are the verses of Allah (SWT), We recite them to you in truth and indeed, you are surely of the messengers | تِلْكَ ءَايَاتُ اللهِ نَتْلُوْهَا عَلَيْكَ بِالحَقِّ وَإِنَّكَ لَمِنَ المُرْسَلِيْنَ |
| He sent down to you the book in truth confirming what came before it | نَزَّلَ عَلَيْكَ الكِتَابَ بِالحَقِّ مُصَدِّقًا لِّمَا بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ | |
| 3-3 | and He sent down the Taurah and the Injil | وَأَنْزَلَ التَّوْرَاةَ وَالإِنْجِيْلَ |
| These are the verses of Allah (SWT), We recite them to you in truth | تِلْكَ ءَايَاتُ اللهِ نَتْلُوْهَا عَلَيْكَ بِالحَقِّ | |
| 3-108 | and Allah (SWT) wills (wishes-wants) no injustice to the worlds | وَمَا اللهُ يُرِيْدُ ظُلْمًا لِّلْعَالَمِيْنَ |
